  • I ended up trying this: USB Type-C to HDMI Adapter from the Google Store. It doesn't work with this laptop. I'm out $40 but my loss is your gain. I probably should have researched this more but I'm a bit disappointed that there's no way to drive two displays with this laptop. It's got the chops to do it for sure.
  • This USB spec is confusing. I saw on Monoprice that they have USB 3.1 to USB 3 cables. If there's that level of distinction I wonder if you need to know know what verson each end of the cable plugs into and make sure they match.
  • Also curious about the answer to this. Did you try it out by any chance?
