Yeah I've done that already. All it does is show my product's SNID along with the serial number and offers to download drivers. I mean is there anyway I can check if the product is actually under warranty or not?

Hi astrafax, I'm glad i could be of help. Yeah it might seem like restart after bios update caused it but the actual culprit could be improper Windows update or simply some malware attack. Therefore I would suggest you do a malware scan just to rule out the malware possibility. Goodluck!!! :)

Hi, It looks like corrupt network drivers/host file issue to me. Have you tried resetting your network adapter or reinstalling WiFi/LAN drivers? And which operating system are you on? If your issue still persists you should try resetting windows Host file. I wouldn't advice jumping straight to BIOS rollback because if…
