Thanks for the recommendation though

I've tried the console, but no settings even available to test the mic. I usually test the headset using Zoom and it works when I've got it plugged into the docking station (Mic + Headphones to TRRS), but not when using the laptop ports... I'm starting to think it might be the input port that's faulty?
