  • Thanks Jordan, Due to where it is in the office, the Wifi signal is rarely brilliant, and it's never moved, so I use the wired connection rather than the Wifi, so it's that that I'm trying to get to work.
  • Thanks Padgett, Good thought, I tried and I can. Also if I enter the IP in the browser I can access the settings. However, then I checked and file sharing is on, and as I said previously, I can access (most of) the other computers on the network, and they can all access the NAS
