I followed the steps you said but windows downloaded microsoft's drivers. I don't think these drivers completely match my keyboard and that's why I' asking if Acer has any keyboard drivers of themselves.

Yes this is what I want. This is because I then don't have to hold fn i games that utilise the f1-f12 buttons. However when I do hold fn to increase brighness ect. the actions do not match the buttons wich is quite confusing. Would you know a way to change that?

I pressed CRTL+S like you said and 2 options did appear: SATA Mode and the Touchpad settings but ofcource those don't help me with my keyboard option. The option highlighted in your image is not my problem. My f1-f12 keys work normally and my keyboard uses the media keys when I hold fn (wich is the way I like it). I didn't…
