  • Hmm, the TDP 17Watt/65°C after 20 seconds full load problem is a specific one with Cinebench R20. I run also Prime95, Heaven Benchmarks, FurMark and my Acer can still maintain a high TDP around 28Watt 85°C for a long time. Sorry for the confusion! Love my Acer again :)
  • Just got the Windows update to 10.0.19042.928 (from 10.0.19042.631) And I cant believe it! Under the new version of Windows, when running Cinebench R20, I get a drop from 2100 to only 1700 poins! Before the update, I got a constnt TDP of 28Watt and 85°C. Now with the newer Windows, when running Cinebench R20, it starts…
  • The fan was also able to manage the max temperature of 85°C again on 28Watt TDP. I gonna check the behavior again, when Windows/Intel is going to update itself to the newest version in few days. 
  • I reinstalled Windows back to version 10.0.19042.631 (I have had the newest Windows running before) After some initial reboots (Intel and Realtek drivers installed automatically, but older ones) I got back my constant TDP of 28Watt and the Cinebench score is back to 2105 after three runs.
