I got some help from another community. It was suggested that I update the VGA Driver 24.20.100.6286 Vendor Intel from the Acer download site https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7332?b=1. I downloaded and ran that update, and was then able to apply the Win 10 V.1909 update.

Thanks for trying, JackE - I followed your link, downloaded & installed the driver, rebooted, and still get the same error when attempting the Windows 10 version 1903 update. Will monitor the Acer site for an updated Audio driver.
