Never mind, with some help, found I could get there with the windows 10 recovery settings. was able to turn off secure boot and am now verifying a backup image by Clonezilla. Clonezilla is the best solution till Microsoft gets off their butt and fix the 32 bit wbengine.exe.

Found I couldn't get to uefi settings by f2, found recovery option in Windows 10 took me to the screen. Told it not to enforce secure boot....will try it out and see. :-)
