It depends on your model. I learned the hard way that my Orion 3000 desktop doesn't come with light customization, meaning I can't even turn off the superbright lights on the case or customize them at all. The lights keep me up at night so I had to put some duct tape over them, it looks ugly but it works :/

I have it too and it seems like this model doesn't support changing of the tower colours and fans at all. There is nothing to indicate this and finding an answer was frustrating. It's extra annoying too because the keyboard and mouse that came with the PC allow me to change their colours just fine and even sync the lights…
