  • Thank You RanY2, I have got a computer shop repairing it as I could not get to the safe mode to make any alterations. They have tested the hardware including the RAM and It checks out ok. They are doing a restore. I will know more next week. I will pass on your comment to them. Regards alec1

  • Hello brummyfan2, I tried the driver renewal unsuccessfully, meaning no change. I tried an update to my windows 10. Curiously when the computer was in the microsoft website the scrolling on the number pad worked. I have not tried airblowing yet the keyboard, but I am encouraged but confused how the notepad keys work in…
