  • Also take a look at this page: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/578911/guide-acer-triton-500-linux-install-and-setup I was able to get Ubuntu 19.10 running beside windows by following this guide. Although I personally found some steps unnecessary but it was great overall.
  • From boot section inside BIOS, disable Secure Boot and make ubuntu as your highest boot priority to see grub instead of windows loading screen.
  • You simply change memory clock in MSI Afterburner. I think you will be fine with +500. You can overclock more in +100 steps and play a game for some time and test the stability.
