Before undervolting keep in mind it could well void warranty. I'm not entirely sure what the warranty conditions are for your laptop, but just keep that in mind. I had a similar issue with my laptop with extremely high temps. I now find that when im gaming it's much better to set the fans to max and undervolt the cpu and overclock the gpu. This helped greatly with temps and helped overall FPS a fair bit. But 10-15 fps in those games? That's interesting, but its possible your laptop…

Where there was a jump in usage was when i tabbed in to csgo and the drop is when i tabbed out to take the screenshot (I play in 4:3 stretched if that helps.) Also, my gpu (GTX 1060 Mobile 6GB) only ever reached about 30%-40% usage. Not sure how to fix this, thanks for replying though! Your help is greatly appreciated!
