  • OK, After some investigating, I found out that you need to connect the usb cable that comes with the monitor to enable touch. It's the one with a different end that connects to the back of the monitor. My touch screen worked right after I connected it. Too bad the paperwork that came with the monitor does not clarify that.…
  • I also have the same problem after installing windows 8. I tried the link, but there is no platform for windows 8 that I can see available as of yet for a driver.
