Thank you Justin. I think as well las the windows update I don't think my laptop liked the Office I had installed as it was an old one and I think would have been 32 bit. I've recently uninstalled that and installed a new one.

Thanks Justin - its taken me a couple of goes but I realised that by using the Intel Graphics option to customise screens and to realise that if I ignored the fact that the screens need to be the opposite to what you think e.g. screen 1 over screen 2 instead of the normal way around 2 over 1 it works. Got there eventually.…
