It just started again while typing my last report. The OSD blinks on and off and at times stays on for minutes. While this is happening I can not do any adjustments to the monitor using the OSD.

Miss information, you are correct it is in the bottom right corner. The OSD is still coming and going by itself. It's a bummer because a lot if info is covered when playing World of Warcraft and other games. It comes and goes wether when it wants to with no rhyme or reason.
