Just to check i removed the ssd and tried to push the plastic tab into it's place but it still sticks out way too much not allowing for the hdd caddy to be installed.

Hi brummyfan2 since this plastic "screw" secures the end part of the ssd, and said ssd is pretty much as thin as any ssd at that end part, i'm not sure that's the case.. I tried to search youtube for videos, but there's little to be found. A few videos that show an ssd installed don't show the installation process itself.…
