Couple updates. I have tried to reset the Bios password by removing the Cmos battery for 30+ mins. I have tried to reset the Bios via the Cmos jumpers. This is really frustrating. 2 months I have been working on this every day. I have sent Emails to Acer support.. and still nothing. Please..

Be careful... I just recently tried to install Windows 10 on an old Win8 Certified PC.. and now I own an expensive brick that had automatically locked my out of the Bios and I can't even reset to factory.
