Yes, I am able to see the light still, even on the BIOS screen, since this appears to be more of a hardware problem. Perhaps that may be the case, since it's kind of a tight fit in my bag, since the laptop did not come with a suitable bag. Also, the red light becomes easier to see if the color on that part of the screen…
