Thank you for your reply. I have two Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D and one 1E26 do not have any yellow exclamation marks. I recently purchased a USB 3.00 hub to help with the problem of losing 4 USB ports. Below is an image of what I have. I have Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Media.

I downloaded and installed the driver however I still have the same problem with the USB shown. I think I will have get Acer involved again! Snuffy..... It was after doing a reformat my pc began most of these problems. I am a digital artist and have software for that which have been purchased from the relevant companies.…
