I have had the same problem with my Nitro 5. For me, it ended up just being a small piece of the backplate that fell off. I thought it was fixed once I remove it, but recently, two more fell off in a short span of time. Based on the size of the pieces, this probably is not a problem, but I'm concerned with the frequency.
