  • Just wanted to update my original post: I did online chat with Acer support. I sent my Chromebook off to be repaired - they replaced the display and sent it back to me. It only took about a week between the time I sent it and got it back. So far, so good. HOpefully that solved the problem and it won't happen again! Amy
