  • Just I wanted to thank you all for your help! I was able, with the help of some YouTube videos to open the AIO desktop and cleaned the camera. It WORKED, and the camera became clear. :)
  • Unfortunately, the lens from outside is clean and the lighting is good. Not sure if the camera can be cleaned from inside; I never tried to open the AIO screen. I did uninstall the driver then rebooted the system, finally I did a factory reset, with no luck.
  • Tried the factory reset and windows got reinstalled. Still this didn’t fix the issue. Thanks for your help!
  • Thanks Christy1 for your answer! To correct myself, I chose "uninstall device" and not deleted the driver. I never had a camera connected to the desktop, so I am assuming that I am dealing with the build in camera. I see in Device Manager, one entry under "Cameras", USB2.0 FHD Camera.
