@GAMING6698 & @brummyfan2 Thanks for your help, i try again to set safeboot via usb and turn off safeboot when i slot it into the board and it works. But now i got another issue which my other 1TB HDD went missing from the "This PC", i still able to see it in disk management.

@GAMING6698 Hi, sorry for the late reply. I had changed it to GPT and make the ssd in first boot order, it just unable to boot and jump to windows boot manager. I had also changed from RAID to AHCI.
