E5_573_52US is the model #. I got to the boot menu and it said unknown and unknown were the only options. It said the boot failed or is missing. It said to insert media boot disc. I hadn't made one yet. I wasn't expecting it to stop working so quickly. I probably need to contact customer service. Do you have any other…
