  • Okay, I figured it out. I had completely forgotten about the button at the top of my computer that enables/disables the touchpad function. it is working now. Thanks to all of you guys for helping me out though. I really appreciate the support!
  • So I went to the BIOS and it was already set to advanced, so I tried to switch it to basic. It didn't work so I switched it back. I assume that I press Ctrl+S in the BIOS unless there was a different location. Would it be that the driver is gone? If so, how do I get it back?
  • model is A715-72g-71CT How do I get to the BIOS?
