  • Update: I have reset the whole computer, deleted everything. Once back, I have deactivated the apps again and I have done all the stuff previously done.It looks like there is a minimal improvement, however it is still ridicolously slow, video-calls on skype are terrible. Should I send it back at this point?

  • Oh, I have also noticed that even though I unabled everything in the Advanced Options for the Windows Update, the system does it anyway! And in fact it downloaded something and is has been installing it today all day. So, those advanced options don't seem to do much or they are for something else.
