  • I too am experiencing a swollen battery. Oddly enough mine seems to be pushing the back out and not yet the screen. Any risk of fire or explosion with this? Oddly I have two Switch Alpha 12's and the other seems to be ok. I did purchase that one second hand however so no knowing what may have been done previously.…
  • So not quite fixed... If the keyboard connects it works fine for as long as the computer doesn't "sleep" the keyboard. If I'm on the computer and doing something it will be fine. However, if I step away for a bit (10-30 minutes) and the computer goes into screen saver then the lights of the keyboard will still be on but…
  • Thank you for taking the time to post your solution. My keyboard just started to get flakey (seriously considered it a broken wire) but this solution was perfect! Excellent info, well done!
  • Ianaya001, did you purchase this item? Regardless of JackE's non helpful answer I can find no information that suggests this item would be able to power the Switch Alpha. The Switch Alpha will not charge with a 5V output, which this power bank appears to support. I have seen a few power banks that support USB Power…
  • Apparently not an uncommon problem with this wireless adapter. http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?94180-Archer-C7-router-crashed-by-Dell-laptop-with-Killer-adapter The link happens to be for the Tplink Archer C7 router and is a router update, but it should at least lead others to a possible solution for their network.
  • I am having similar issues! Background, 1 yr old TP-Link Archer C7 AC-1750 router. Latest firmware, recently reset. Internet restarts are getting worse and worse, now approaching 2x times a day. I cannot specifically correlate it to Switch Alpha 12 activity but this frequently happens when I initally fire up my computer. I…
  • I have tried a USB-C power bank and it does not work. I believe it will only charge off of USB-C if the voltage is high enough, not off your normal 5v power bank.
  • Thanks to the helpful folks at Bestbuy this evening I was able to test a USB-C "Power Delivery" cable with the Monoprice power pack. Sadly it didn't work out. I will admit that I could not verify that the cable was a "Power Delivery" cable, but it was the charger cable the comes with a Macbook which supports over 5v so it…
  • Shortly after I began using my SA12 the keyboard began to give me trouble, it actually looked hard broke with the lights comming on if pressed and going off immediately if you let go, a bit like a short circuit. I contacted customer support and they suggested a restart (yeah right i said to myself). It has worked…
