I did I have to send it as something may have been wrong only had it four weeks and I thought if I did this it would hold as it told me to update to Windows ten so I did was going okay went to standby then wouldn't come bk on so they gonna fix and return it to me thankfully ma friend bought me a laptop just now to use it
