  • We are looking into the router and possibly upgrading. However out of 6 devices in the house it is the only one that suddenly stopped working after no issue for more than 6 months of use. I figured in this case, it was my laptop. I will figure it out eventually. I appreciate all the advice. 
  • We have rebooted the router several times, it hasn’t resolved the problem unfortunately.
  • Interesting follow up - I haven’t tried the cold reboot yet. However I took my laptop on a trip and there was no issues connecting to the hotel wifi. So maybe it’s not the laptop itself as I thought?? 
  • I appreciate the suggestion above but that didn’t do anything. Diagnostics still says it can’t find the problem. Any other ideas out there?
