  • Sorry, alt-F10 was what I meant and what I used. My typo would not lead you anywhere. But have you any experience with the W10 drive getting locked? Recently I was presented to the three-level security philosophy of Windows 10, and I wouldn't be surprised if my problem could have been initiated by that as a safety measure?
  • Sorry but the advice to press CTRL-F10 is what I use to get on to the possibilities of reinstalling a previous fixpoint. However, in the meantime I have dared reinstalling a fixpoint from early April, and luckily Windows booted again.
