  • Thankyou. I have tried everything now spoke with acer direct and they are saying fault with the wifi on chromebook. They wanted to repair it but have said forget it it is going back. I have only had it since Monday. Thank you to all who took time to answer Juliarna 
  • Thankyou for your answer. It didn't work. Just don't know what to do. The message either comes up with bad password or out of range. Even though I am sitting next to my hub. In some parts it does ask for identity not all the time though. What would Identity be? It identifies I am with Virgin media.
