its running at 2400MHz but your not answering the question, on CPU-Z it says my 16gb stick is in dual channel and my 8gb is in single channel, the frequency is fine..

this was not helpful at all, since the ram it came with is 2667MHz lmao so either your completely wrong or acer did which i think i know who got it wrong anyway, thats not what im asking if its supported because it is, im asking why one is dual channel and the other is single channel

your not alone dude, same happens with me, i think the cpu bottlenecks, my helios 300 PH317-51 has a 7700HQ, and its bad for gaming as i relised while the laptop 200$ under this one has a 7700K i think cpu which is well better,

after a while of looking around MSI, ive got like 5300 points on that test, not the worst, but im wondering after looking at performance, my gou steadsy arond 40-58 can dip to 30 and rarly go to 80, how do i keep that up around atleast 60% or higher? is it my cpu? i dought it but, maybe thats why i get bad fps sometimes?…
