I am having the exact same issue with my Acer Chromebook Spin 713. It's a static sound that plays whenever audio is playing. Once it begins, I have to restart my Chromebook. It will then work fine for a few minutes before the static randomly reoccurs. Rinse and repeat. Resetting my Chromebook twice has not helped. I've had…
