Hi I have exactly the same problem. My screen is totally black and I can't shut the computer off. Pressing the power button does nothing. It stays permanently blue. I have had nothing but trouble with this tablet /laptop combo. I have only bought it in April this year. The series is SW5-017. Utter nightmare! Please can…
