  • If that fix does not work (or if the problem occurs again), you may have a loose connection between your keyboard and motherboard (I fixed mine after tightening the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard). I'd contact Acer support if a battery reset and/or other fixes do not resolve your issue.
