Hi, J am trying to factory reset my pc, every time I try and attempt this I am confronted with a “please wait while we install a system update” I left it on for hours for no avail. I tryed to hold shift and restart my pc but it bring is me back to the “please wait while we install a system update”. Can anyone hem me!
