  • For the first time, I managed to access 'Start up repair' but the message I got was that it couldn't repair it. Am I going to lose all my stuff, given that I never did a back up (as the laptop is 3 months old, did not think I needed to - I know, stupid!)

  • Hello Thank you for your response although I will be honest, as a total novice did not make much sense to me. My laptop is an Acer Aspire A315-23 and the device I bought to extend the display is Esynic HDP02s - 2 way HDMI splitter.
