  • Hi ttttt, I agree with you. I want to try another psu but I don’t have a spare. Possibly have to buy a new one. Have you tried uninstalling intel graphic card driver? 
  • Hi egydiocoelho, Thanks for your reply 1. Called twice. Tech support suggested me to ship the device back so their technician can check it. 2. I don’t have a dedicated video card.
