  • They have terrible charging ports. Be warned if you send it under warranty they will charge you more than product cost initially, to repair. My advice? Steer clear of this brand in future. If you look online you will see many cases of dodgy usb charging ports, yet they will blame you for causing the damage.
  • Not true, they will fail it under warranty and charge you more than it costs to buy a new one to repair it, as they did with me. Acer warranty worthless.
  • Same happened to me. 8 months and it would not charge. I have a 6 year old Tesco Hudl working fine, yet this cheaply manufactured pile breaks so easily. They said it was accidental damage so would charge over £100 to repair. It was not damaged by me at all, but their diagnosis renders warranty worthless. Lesson never buy…
