  • As I known, AcerCloud Docs can store your document files in the cloud for 30 days, which makes your other devices to access and update it anytime anywhere. While if you delete the original files on the PC, the files in the cloud will be deleted as well. I am wondering if Acer Orbe can help you. It is an AcerCloud custom…
  • Media files you uploaded are not really stored in the "Cloud". In fact, all of them are still in your computer's local disk. Therefore, it needs your Cloud PC always connected for other devices to access the contents, while the pictures/PicStream you taken and office documents/AcerCloud Docs are indeed stored in the Cloud.
  • Have you installed AcerCloud? If you are using AcerCloud clear.fi Music to play the music uploaded to the cloud, you should set one Cloud PC and keep it connected to internet. You also can use clear.fi to play the music stored in local disk without Cloud PC.
  • I think “assign cloud pc first” means that your media files such as photos, music, movies are shared via cloud pc, let your phone or tablet access them, so you need to set one personal pc as cloud pc before using. Cloud pc is equivalent to a Terminal, I have used this several days, according my experience AcerCloud Docs…

  • Actually, the content you said is sound, AcerCloud providing my own storage server, with my Acer product being the client, may be a serious burden for our computer, because it need my home PC always online to make my device access to the contents, I think this may be a Acer original product design goal concept, it means…

  • Dear friend, After reading your reply, I’m regret not figuring out your trouble. While, I found a significant point we may ignore when using 3G. The fact is that the <Use Mobile network > option in clear.fi Music should be checked for mobile data transmission. On the use of Docs, it’s really a headache. You’d better…
