  • I also have the same model and plan to upgrade to the 1060 or 1070. You need to find a model that will fit our medium sized case though like for example the Zotac Mini 1070 which I am planning to buy.
  • You should find a connector named sysfan1 4 pins on the motherboard (near the Cmos battery looks like a silver coin)where you can attach the case fan too. You can use either 3 pin(fixed fan speed) or a 4 pin (PWM) for fan speed regulation.
  • The second set of holes for the rear case fan is for 92mm which is the size I used with the Noctua 92mm NF-A9 PWM premium fans. It has 4 pins with a fan speed regulator.
  • Actually the largest case fan you can use for this model is 92mm. There is 2 sets of holes in the rear for a case fan. One set of 4 for 80mm and another for 92mm. I used the Noctua NF-A9 PWM 92mm Premium fan that uses 4 pins to regulate fan speed. It has an extended 6 year warranty. Very quiet with the antivibration mounts…
