  • try holding the power button down for 30 seconds. release. press again. if that doesn't work then look on the bottom (at least swift3) for a very small hole with a battery sign. use a blunt pin, push in gently, hold for 30 seconds to disconnect battery. let unit sit 15 minutes. try the power on. worked for me.
  • I've just experienced this issue of not powering up and thankfully the pin in the battery pinhole worked and I'm back on. I note the same issue occurring at least as far back as 2016. Does anyone have a permanent fix?
