Same problem. Definitely software related. Crackle, through any audio output, which can be cured by restart, reinstalling audio driver, disabling sound effects even (though not by exiting multiple programs), but it always comes back in a few hours or days. It's a brand new Swift 3, I'm very happy otherwise, but it will…
