  • Hi all, The problem has fixed. The root caused was my HDD corrupted. I replaced a new HDD and my laptop is up and running now. Thank you so much for all your valuable inputs and advise.

  • Hi Leostat, I have rebooted many times but problem still persist. I did tried to boot up from a USB flash, all I could see is only C drive. I tried to toggle to D drive or E drive.
