I am aware of these options, but they're not satisfactory. I can't change the scrolling speed, scrolling itself is really choppy and the cursor moves too slow on 3 and too fast on 4. I would like to turn off the precision touchpad and set it to basic, which will change it from a HID device to a PS/2 device which hopefully…

Update: I tried to install the update, but I got a popup saying "The version of ROM file is the same as that of BIOS.", so that didn't work.

Pressing ctrl+s made something called SATA Mode appear, but no touchpad settings. I've checked the BIOS version and it's the same as the latest update on the Acer product support page (https://www.acer.com/ac/nl/NL/content/support-product/7966?b=1), 1.33 although dated 17-11-2020. Should I still run the update?
