  • Random guess but try holding the power button down for ~5 full seconds. On PC's, tapping the power button soft shuts down, while holding it will do a hard power off.
  • Also it may be important to remove the driver manually in device manager first, and check the option to delete the old driver.
  • I put a 256gb ssd in mine. Evidently any 'msata' ssd should work, make sure not to get a regular sata one. You have to get the plastic strip on the back off to access two screws.
