  • The problem with contacting ACER is that all that page shows it "in warranty support." I can't even get to the point of talking with an agent since my monitor is out of warranty.

  • I have two identical VG240 monitors right next to each other, plugged into the same graphics card. I tried swapping ports and cables, no change. It is only affecting one monitor. I have had ACER tell me the LCD screen was bad on the other one (which they repaired) and experienced the EXACT SAME issue on this one as well…
