If I type that # in the address bar of my Chromebook it shows me ink levels (screenshot below). The utilities are mostly about cleaning. The firmware settings are about proxy and DNS.   • Jack22 thank you for the links. The first is for setting up Google cloud print which has been discontinued for some reason. The second link shows instructions on how to add a printer which I've followed but my Chromebook still can't "see" my printer. Thanks again! ~ Cera
