  • You have DDR4-2666 with 19 CAS Latency so search for DDR4-2666 CL19 no matter the brand but if you can keep Kingston go for it. For example I have 8GB Hyundai DDR4-2400 CL17 and 8GB Transcend DDR4-2400 CL17 in my PH317-51 and it works fine.
  • By Optimus i mean through the Intel HD. If your Nvidia works through the Intel HD in output (Nvidia->Intel HD-> HDMI/DisplayPort) it will not work.   • Did your HMDI/Display port have direct access to the NVIDIA GPU ? Open Nvidia Control Panel and go in the Surround/Physx tab. Post a capture if you’re not sure. If not, I’m sorry but VR doesn’t work with Nvidia Optimus so you will need a VR Ready laptop or a desktop
