  • Once I disabled the service in MSCONFIG, I haven't seen it come back, but your milage may vary.
  • For me, ending the "Inter(r) technology access service" process in task manager makes the problem go away. If thsta works, you can disable it from the services tab in MSconfig.

  • Nvidia driver rollback didn't solve the problem. I just re-loaded the touchpad driver with the one from the Acer website, will see how that goes. UPDATE: reloading the touchpad driver did NOT help. Acer: We need some help!

  • Having the same problem with a brand new (unboxed it today) V15. WOrked fine for a few hours, then next time I used it it started lagging, sometimes the mouse would be a second or two behind the touchpad input, buzzy audio, hitching in video playback. A reboot seems to fix it for a while, sometimes.
